Melissa Loble, Vice President, Client Success
Melissa has spent the last 17 years working closely with higher education institutions to leverage the most effective collaborative learning technologies in implementing successful, engaging learning communities. Prior to joining GoingOn, Melissa was the Senior Director for Solutions Engineering at Blackboard, where she led a team focused on helping higher education institutions and K-12 districts manage and deploy these technologies to maximize academic performance and minimize institutional costs. Before working for Blackboard, Melissa served as the Director of Instructional Technology at the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University and previously as the Director of Educational Technology at the Stern School of Business at New York University. In addition to her role at GoingOn, Melissa teaches in the Masters Program in Learning Technologies (MALT) for Pepperdine University.
Fernando Delk, Director, Client Management & Support
Fernando is a GoingOn product expert and client advocate. He is truly passionate about the customer experience and meeting our clients’ product support needs. Since the early days of GoingOn, and through various stages of the company’s growth, Fernando has been a driving force, initially leading product development and now client engagement. He is skilled in web technologies, project management, and customer relationship management. Fernando has shaped his expertise and industry knowledge over 18 years combined experience in Web technologies and Higher Education Student Services. Prior to joining GoingOn, he has excelled in roles such as Sr. Web Producer at Great Lakes Higher Educational Loan Services, Director of MBA Career Services at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and Web Manager at Red Herring Communications.
Bille Dorsey, Director, Strategic Client Services
Bille is an education technology professional with 18 years of experience connecting clients in both traditional and non-traditional higher education with their vision of how technology, strategy and learning happens. He is viewed as an industry insider and native speaker of all things that help higher education grow. Bille’s background spans time at some of the heavy hitters of education, such as Blackboard, Datatel, Arizona State University, and Career Education Corporation. His passion is education and he continues to further that passion with GoingOn, the next spotlight company to transform education, and more specifically, the landscape of how we engage, connect, and grow education in the future.
Erika Scothern, Client Success Manager
Erika is dedicated to managing the daily account and support needs of our growing list of clients. She is passionate about client experience and product quality. Her varied and well balanced background helps her troubleshoot and triage issues on behalf of our clients with the rest of our organization. Her background includes over 10 years of software testing, product management and training. We count on Erika to thoroughly understand every client request. She follows a methodical process that includes reviewing product requirements, reproducing the issue and recording any necessary training. Our team and our clients enjoy her high energy, professionalism and positively friendly attitude.
